'standard': The default distributor AW type configured for an
enterprise contact center solution.
'nam': The network application manager (NAM) distributor
AW type is installed at a telephony service
provider.
'cicm': The customer intelligent contact manager (CICM)
distributor AW type is installed as part of a
customer instance of an enterprise contact center
hosted application solution.
