If CEF is enabled on the Managed device,
each entry contains the CEF Adjacency
summary related attributes for the
Managed entity. A row exists for
each adjacency link type.
entPhysicalIndex is also an index for this
table which represents entities of
'module' entPhysicalClass which are capable
of running CEF.
