This entry contains the operational data and global counters
for a connection between the RDR formatter destination and the
RDR formatter associated with the service control entity
identified by its assigned entPhysicalIndex. An entry exists
for each corresponding row in the entPhysicalTable having one
of
the following values assigned to entPhysicalVendorType:
- cevChassisSCE2000
- cevChassisSCE1000
- cevNmeApaModule.
Each connection between RDR formatter and RDR destination is
uniquely identified by 'cscRdrDestIndex'.
