Information about a single IP address. Every entry with a
non-zero value of xipIfIpAddr in this table will have a
corresponding entry in the ipAddrTable, so adding an entry to
this table is how you add an entry to that, read-only, table.
Note that, unlike the ipAddrTable, this table's primary index
is the ifIndex. This makes it easier to list the addresses
associated with a particular interface. Some implementations
may limit this to one address per interface.
